In partnership with The Open University of Hong Kong, 20 students from the animation and visual effects programme applied their skills and transformed 22 ink masterpieces into one-minute animations which will be displayed alongside other masterpieces in the exhibition. The result is a vivid animation that allows the audience to savour the beautiful scenery in the paintings. The students spent a long time understanding ink art and the background of each artwork during the creative process, to re-interpret the artwork in a new way without altering the original concept.
